Visitors
You are our welcomed guest.
By visiting with us today you have expressed an interest in spiritual matters. We want your visit to be as comfortable and profitable as it can be. Perhaps an explanation of what we will be doing today will help.
We will be singing together...You will probably be familiar with most of the hymns. Feel welcome to sing along with us as we praise God and teach and admonish one another through our song service (Colossians 3:16).
We will be praying...Men of this church will be leading our thoughts in prayer (1 Timothy 2:8).
We will be giving...A contribution will be taken because the church is commanded to do this on the first day of the week (1 Corinthians 16:2). As our guest, you will not be asked or expected to give. Do not feel embarrassed to pass the collection plate to your neighbor or the men serving.
We will be observing the Lord'sSupper… This memorial is for Christians to do on the first day of the week (Acts 20:7). This is in remembrance of Jesus who died on the cross and raised from the dead for our sins (1st Corinthians 11:23-29).
There will be a sermon...The sermons are Christ centered, Bible based and designed to teach and uplift all those who are present. You are urged to take notes and check what you hear against what the Bible says.
If you have any questions about something you see or hear in the worship service, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
