GEMS From HEAVEN
There is nothing like having meaning and purpose to accomplish a task set before us. We vigorously go after it and do it out the sheer joy of accomplishment.
Here is the GEM: God in His great love and mercy towards us zealously made it possible for His Spirit to dwell in us. He so desires our unity and friendship with Him and Him alone. However, we must be willing to accept His friendship on His terms by having Him clean us up for Him to dwell in and with us. This is done through our obedience to His gospel. It is after that, we are made ready for His Majesty to dwell in us and we in Him.
Or do you think that the Scripture speaks to no purpose: "He jealously desires the Spirit which He has made to dwell in us"?
