GEM from HEAVEN
The road of life has its straight ways, curves, hills and valleys in it. At times we are unable to see our way around the curves and hills. We try as much to plan and prepare for the unexpected but still get lost sometimes in the process. Then we end up confused, frustrated and discouraged.
Here is the GEM: the purpose and counsel of God’s will are always timely. His view and scope of things are farther, wider, higher and deeper than what we could ever imagine. By following His view, insight and counsel will be able to see under, over and around those things that block our view. We will be prepared for the expected, which are the temporary trials, challenges, and light afflictions for doing right and then, heaven for those who faithful followed Him in Christ. But if we reject His counsel, we will suffer a tremendous loss, our soul to eternal destruction.
He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will
