GEM from HEAVEN
For many, much of life seems useless. There is that constant struggle to see the light at the end of the tunnel. For others, their hopes have been dashed by those who say they are for them but yet work against them. It seems that at every turn there is just madness. Why bother?
Here is the GEM: for those of us who have been born again, we have “a living hope”. It is not stale, dormant or lifeless. It is a hope that was brought to life when the Savior of the world rose from the dead. In capsulated in that hope is an inheritance that is eternal reserved in heaven for us. We see the light at the end of the tunnel of the trials and struggles of life. God along the way reminds us by His word and by those with whom we worship Him. To obtain this inheritance, we each must make our own reservations for it by obeying the gospel of Christ. So, what are you waiting for?
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you
