GEM from HEAVEN
It is amazing at the blistering changes in technology these days. When you go to buy an electronic device and as soon as the funds change hands, your device is already outdated. The speed at which we are able to communicate is truly amazing.
Here is the GEM: prayer to our heavenly Father is still faster. It is very reassuring to know that before the words are formulated to come out of my mouth, He knows and understands. No matter how many technological advances are made in communication, there will be none faster than the privilege of prayer between God and His people.
"But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you. "And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words. "So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.
