GEMS from HEAVEN: Revelation 4:3; 21:10-21
With so much trouble surrounding us one can become very anxious. It is enough to unnerve anyone.
Here is the GEM: for the Christian, he or she can rest assure that their God is near. Even in anxious times they are to continue to go to Him. So in every situation, we can rejoice even in the bleakest moments.
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be known to all men. The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
