GEMS from HEAVEN:
Some view certain jobs as beneath them and refuse to work but instead live off others. Wholesome work brings dignity or self-respect in our lives. The Christian is instructed to work heartily as for the Lord. Why? Here is the GEM, not only will they receive wages for their work but also, the inheritance as the reward from The Lord.

Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.
Colossians 3:23-24
